Welcome to the LevoRustDesk services ("Service") operated by Levor Technologies Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

LevoRustDesk provides a remote device management platform, including:

• Remote device access and management
• Device monitoring and telemetry collection
• Technical support and service desk
• AI-powered assistant chatbot
• Account and subscription management

3. User Account

You must provide accurate and current information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service for:

• Accessing computers or devices without explicit authorization
• Distributing malicious software or malware
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities
• Violating privacy rights or stealing data
• Any unlawful or unauthorized activity
• Circumventing or disabling security features of the Service

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is available under various subscription plans. Payments are processed through the ICount payment gateway. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy and applicable Israeli consumer protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service, including but not limited to source code, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by the Company or its licensors. Your use of the Service does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Service or its content. RustDesk is an open-source project used under its respective license terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity that may harm the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on our website and users will be notified via email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
